1. Patch Testing

In the interest of our clients safety and to prevent possible reactions ALL clients will be required to have a patch test 48hours before any beauty treatment, including, but not limited to tinting and perming. If no patch test has been completed unfortunately no treatment can proceed.

 

2. Appointment Times

All our clients time is valued. Please be on time for your appointment. We do understand that things can happen, however to prevent rushing the service or overlapping into another clients time anyone whom is over 10minutes late MAY have to forfeit their appointment. Of course we want everyone to look and feel their best so we will always try our best and accommodate you!

 

3. Children Policy

To ensure the safety of all clients in the salon unfortunately children cannot accompany clients to the salon for treatments. In a beauty salon there are numerous chemicals, tools and equipment which could be harmful if used incorrectly, accidentally touched, spilled or ingested. To avoid such an injury or illness we advise clients that children should not attend the salon unless supervised by an adult whom is not receiving a treatment. Any child receiving a treatment in the salon is more than welcome if accompanied by a supervising adult. This is for both children’s safety and other clients visiting the salon to have an enjoyable visit. We thank you for your co operation in this.

 

4.Nail Services

We offer many nail services in salon. If any issue arises within 72 hours of your treatment let us know immediately and we will rectify at the next available time, complimentary. Anything over 72 hours will be a small charge.

 

5. Mobile Phones

To ensure the best possible service mobile phones must be switched off or kept on silent during your visit. This is to ensure your treatment can be carried out to an excellent standard and on time. It also ensures other clients can enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable experience too!

 

6. Health Conditions

Due to the nature of the services provided within the salon it is very important you keep your Therapist updated to any medication or health condition changes. This is so we can provide you with the most comfortable, beneficial and professional service. All personal information is treated with utmost Confidentiality and absolutely no judgement.

Certain health conditions/medications may alter the service to the individual. Certain health conditions including fungal infections or contagious diseases or disorders will unfortunately prevent us from carrying out services until cleared or the consent from a medical practitioner. I.e fungal nail infections, warts and verrucas would not be suitable for manicure and pedicure treatments

 

7. Allergies

Please inform your Therapist of any allergies you have

We strive to offer an amazing Salon Experience, if this experience falls below your expectations, Please let us know! The quickest way to do so would be within 24 hours of your appointment via phonecall with the Catrina!
